The Facebook fitness group is a life saver!! Absolute game changer to keep fit and motivated, especially when life is hectic with work and children. I'm not a fan of going to the gym... I'm self conscious and to be honest haven't a clue what I'm doing 🤣 this is why I love the group so much, everything you need and want is there, in one handy place and everything is easy to find. You can do it anywhere, which is great, at home, on holiday in your garden....
I also find the variety of workouts great, If I don't have much time I can squeeze in a 20 minute workout and still know iv got a good workout in!

As a professional Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist, Menopause Trainer and Nutrition Coach, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths, limitations and goals.

2. My favourite way to relax is on holiday, with a cheeky Aperol or glass of fizz in the sunshine (or on the slopes!)
