The Facebook fitness group is a life saver!! Absolute game changer to keep fit and motivated, especially when life is hectic with work and children. I'm not a fan of going to the gym... I'm self conscious and to be honest haven't a clue what I'm doing 🤣 this is why I love the group so much, everything you need and want is there, in one handy place and everything is easy to find. You can do it anywhere, which is great, at home, on holiday in your garden....
I also find the variety of workouts great, If I don't have much time I can squeeze in a 20 minute workout and still know iv got a good workout in!

MUMMY AND BABY CLASSES
Join us for our special mummy and baby classes.
Mission
This mummy and baby fitness class is great for mums (and babies too!) to get in a great workout and the opportunity to meet other mum's in the local area.
This is suitable for mums who are 6+weeks post natal and babies up to crawling age.
We will be focusing on a 45 minute full body class, strengthening the pelvic floor and core in particular to help rebuild and restore and feel great with time at the end of the class for babies to socialise (and mummies too!)
The class will provide you with the chance to move your body and have some you time!
This class is suitable for babies up to crawling - please feel free to bring a bouncer or your pram/car seat if you want to pop your baby in something comfortable whilst you workout or bring a blanket for them to be comfortable next to you.
Please bring a mat with you!
