As a professional Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, my passion is to guide women towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths, limitations and goals. Life is all about balance and incorporating the things you enjoy. It's a lifestyle and nothing looks as good as healthy feels.

MORE ABOUT CHARLOTTE

Believe it or not, I spent most of my late teens and early 20s uneducated about nutrition and found myself stuck in a rut of eating poorly. I lacked energy, motivation, my skin felt the effects and so did my waistline. I decided to make a change and since then, I haven't looked back.

I decided to invest in a coach and I started to educating myself about evidence-based health, nutrition and fitness research and reading studies and books.

I then went on to obtain 3 diplomas in Nutrition and qualifed as a Level 4 Nutrition Coach in 2020 as well qualifying as a Level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer and I have never looked back. In 2021 I also qualified as a Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist and in 2024 gained my qualifications for Training and Exercise in the Menopause.

I had developed such a passion for health and fitness, that I wanted it to become my career and to try and help as many people as possible to learn how to treat and train our bodies for optimal health. 

I want to share my knowledge and experience and most importantly meet as many of you as possible and help show you that this can become a lifestyle you will love and want to adopt forever!

This is when CharlotteFit was launched!!

QUALIFICATIONS

I absolutely love learning all things health and fitness and have spent the past several years gaining as much knowledge as I can to help my clients.

I have achieved EQF Level 5 Professional Diploma in Fitness and Weightloss and EQF Level 5 Professional Diploma in Nutrition.

 

In 2020, I completed my Level 4 Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance and qualified as a Nutrition Coach.

 

I am also a Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer.

I am also a Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist and help women feel confident and comfortable training during and after pregnancy in a safe environment. 

​

In 2024, I gained my qualification in Training and Exercise in the Menopause to help women move freely, safely and happily through the peri and menopause.

​

On top of all my qualifications above, I am also a fully qualified teacher, have a degree in Psychology and love to use these skills when training my clients to ensure you are always learning!
