Strong for Menopause Classes

​We have a new series on our platform STRONG FOR MENOPAUSE which is a series of dedicated classes that are aimed at members in the peri/menopause.

Of course, you can do any workout you like at this stage of life, not just menopause specific ones, however, I wanted to create bespoke classes that work through helping women who may be new to strength training, also going through this life change.

We talk through how to do key movements, learning proper technique for safe lifting and also get a fab workout in to get those endorphins flowing!

Barre Classes

Every month, our Pilates and Barre instructor, Rachel, introduces two exciting new classes. We offer a variety of options to cater to everyone, including pre and postnatal classes, equipment-based sessions, and much more.

Bespoke Monthly Planner Membership - with monthly check in

After completing a health questionnaire to discuss goals, time and equipment available, I will design a monthly planner of classes for you, tailored to your specific goals, available time and equipment you have.

Every month, you have the opportunity to complete an online check in, where we will then make any changes to your following month and I create a new plan for you, renewed each month. I am here to support you, offering help with any questions, any time.  This option is perfect for those of you that need more structure to your weeks, along with some additional support to help reach your goals.
